We are looking for a Principal/Associate Transport Planner to join a leading consultancy with a proven track record of delivering innovative projects to join their talented team in Bristol. They are looking to expand their head-count by double in the near future, as a result, this role is due to growth.
They work on a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from urban regeneration schemes and sustainable transport solutions to large scale residential and commercial developments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the preparation of transport assessments, travel plans, and feasibility studies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic advice on planning applications, traffic management, and sustainable travel initiatives.
- Oversee and mentor a team of transport planners, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to business development through proposal writing and identifying new opportunities.
